These terms govern use of DataInViz services, including platform access, support, acceptable use, and service boundaries.
Service Scope
Features and support vary by package tier. Enterprise and sovereign deployments are governed by proposal-based statements of work and applicable agreements.
IP and Ownership
Customer data, prompts, dashboards and outputs remain customer assets unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability and Compliance
Compliance statements are based on documented controls and contractual scope. Regulatory responsibility remains shared according to deployment model and agreement terms.
