DataInViz is designed to keep customer data under customer control. This page outlines how personal information is processed in relation to product access, support and commercial operations.
Purpose of Processing
Data is processed for service delivery, security, performance monitoring, support workflows and legal obligations. We do not use customer data to train shared foundation models.
Retention and Deletion
Retention windows follow contractual and legal requirements. On request and according to agreement scope, customer data deletion workflows can be executed with confirmation.
